Successful women are less liked and are held back by stereotypes, says Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg at Davos, the annual shindig of the world’s power elite. She said she’d spent years not talking about gender but could no longer keep quiet about the stereotypes that hold women back. How to get more women into and on in business was a hot topic at the event. IMF chief Christine Lagarde said it’s time to “dare the difference” and acknowledge that woman have a different approach:”It’s because of our history, our heritage, what we’ve had to face,” she said.
