Keeping work/life balance
Keep timetables of what you are going to do and when. Have them on the wall, not in an obscure folder on the computer where you never look at them.
Step Back At the beginning of each year, take time to step back and access where you now and where you want to be.
Set goals and objectives for your time as well as your money!
Set your priorities and be prepared to let things go. You don't have to do everything. Prioritise those things that are important and be prepared to leave out less important activities.
Share the load its not tru that you are the only one who can do things. Get others to help and don't fuss if they don't do it quite the way you would.
Use planning to slow down Plan gaps in your day and ensure you build in time to relax.
Do your own thing Working for yourself should mean doing what you love. If this tips the balance into more work whilst the business becomes established and you are happy about that, don't let others make you feel guilty about it.
