We are responsible for the successful delivery of the WRAISE initiative, an EQUAL programme aimed at addressing two key issues: equality and employability in NI, primarily, to develop an agreed approach to deliver enterprise support services for women in disadvantaged rural areas who are interested in self-employment whilst having an input into microfinance organisations in the hope of influencing policy.
The purpose of Enterprise NI is to support, co-ordinate and quality assure its members to ensure that they provide an integrated, world class service to new and existing businesses. Enterprise NI key activity areas include: Policy and Positioning, Communication, Quality Assurance, Business Development and Programme Management. Enterprise NI has 32 members operating from 40 locations throughout Northern Ireland in all 26 local authorities. |
