Our regular contributor Paulina Sygulska Tenner recently co-facilitated a business retreat for women, which resulted in quite a few personal breakthroughs for the women involved, and opened her eyes to the impact of collaboration that begins in a place of humility and vulnerability. As difficult as it may be to convey the experience in words, Paulina did her best to pin it down in this short videocast, so it can become the beginning of a new chapter in the world of business collaboration for even more of us.
Paulina explains that the retreat began by ‘digging deep’ to expose the blockages delegates had created to moving their lives and businesses forward. Some of the delegates, including Paulina, were initially daunted by this:
